Lloyd Walsh was born 1963 in Honolulu, HI and currently lives and works in San Antonio.
Walsh received his BFA in Photography from the University of Texas in 1989 and in 1992 he
received his MFA in Painting and Drawing with high distinction from the California College of Arts
and Craft in Oakland, CA. He has exhibited at numerous Texas museums and galleries including the
McNay Museum, San Antonio; Finesilver Gallery, Houston; and San Antonio Museum of Art. Walsh
is currently an Associate Professor of Art at Palo Alto College in San Antonio, TX. His neo-baroque
style painting, using surreal imagery, is his signature.
