British Invasion Opening Reception
Join us for an opening reception honoring exhibiting artists Phillip King, Philip John Evett, and Harold Wood on the evening of Thursday, December 1st, from 6 to 9 pm at Blue Star Contemporary Art Center. The reception will mark the opening of three new exhibitions: Phillip King's Four Decades with Colour in the Main Gallery, an untitled exhibition by Philip John Evett in the Middle Gallery and Gallery 4, and Levelland [Points of Scale], a new exhibition by Harold Wood, in the Project Space.
Opening that same evening at Blue Star LAB (114 Broadway) is John Webb's Reckoning. Reckoning highlights three series of work from the last four years, including Pickle Project, Organic Spaces, and Bodies of Work. The Blue Star bus will be on hand to shuttle visitors between both Blue Star locations.
This event is free and open to the public.
