Blue Star Contemporary Art Museum

August 11 is the final Family Saturday event this summer! Family Saturday is an education program uniquely constructed for kids and their families to experience contemporary art in a gallery setting. The event will feature a special "felt taco" art activity led by local artist Kimberly Aubuchon.

On three Saturdays this summer, Blue Star opens its doors three hours early for families interested in experiencing contemporary art firsthand. Each Family Saturday features Family Activity Guides, various art projects, and a special art activity led by a local or exhibiting artist.

The event is free, but space is limited to 75 children between the ages of 3 and 12. Blue Star members and their families will be given priority registration.
