Support for the visual arts in our city improves the quality of life for us all. The Annual Fund enables Blue Star to continue it’s vital contribution to the cultural life of San Antonio. Blue Star is the ONLY institution in San Antonio meeting this broad based need. Over the past year Blue Star has welcomed over 80,000 visitors.Our annual budget has increased three-fold in the past twenty-four months and we have presented a number of groundbreaking exhibitions.

As we look to the future we hope to expand our educational offerings even further. It is our hope to develope the already thriving Arts in Education program into a year round operation. Integrating every exhibitions with learning events for children of all ages.
